Top Question In Android what is Touch Exploration Mode of accessibility services?

I've searched a lot but can't find any info about it, let alone how to use and implement it in an app.

What I need specifically is to get the AccessibilityNodeInfo of a view that the user touched but without the android system registering it as a click on that view. I think Touch Exploration Mode might be the only way to do this but I must know
