How to get a Smart Account
Request a Smart Account
first. Go to Cisco Software Center – software.cisco.com. (Go to Cisco Software Central – software.cisco.com.)
2. Select “Request smart account”, enter your information. (Select “Request a Smart Account”)
3. Emails are automatically sent to administrators (Automatic email is sent to Customer SA administrator)
Request access to an existing Smart Account (Request access to an existing SA)
first. Go to Cisco Software Center – software.cisco.com (Go to Cisco Software Central –software.cisco.com.)
2. Select “Request access to an existing Smart Account” (Select “Request access to an existingSmart Account”)
3. Enter the Domain Name to notify the administrator (Enter Domain to notify administrators.)
