I don't think so, and I believe that parents should be responsible for that. If people are older than 18, it's their choice to listen to whatever they want, and there are many options for parents to keep their kids away from explicit music. Personally, I download some tracks with Tubidy and let my son listen to them, and since he's only four years old, it's more than enough for him. But to be honest, I think teenagers will listen to explicit music anyway.
