Fortinet Inform and recommend to customers about our product lifecycle policy Fortinet.
Accordingly Fortinet There are three important milestones in the product life cycle that each product Fortinet must go through before the end of its life:
– Order end date (End of Order Date (EOO)) – The order end date is the last date on which a hardware or software product can be ordered, after this date the product is no longer for sale. Fortinet Minimum advance notice will be given 90 days about the EOO date of the affected product by publishing an EOL notice.
– Last Service Renewal Date (Last Service Extension Date (LSED)) – The last day on which orders will be accepted, for a product that is no longer available for purchase, for the renewal of an existing contract for support or security subscription services. No service contract may be extended beyond the EOS date. The final service renewal date is 12 months before the EOS date for the relevant product.
– Support End Date (End of Support Date (EOS)) – The final milestone in the product lifecycle is the End of Support Date. After this date, Fortinet will not sell, manufacture or improve the products and has no obligation to provide support services. In general, EOS for hardware comes later 60 months from the Order Closing Date.
